Sunday services, Wednesday meetings, Child Care
Sunday services include:
- The Christian Science Weekly Bible Lesson, consisting of readings
from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health
with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy. This same Bible Lesson
is read at The Mother Church in Boston, Massachusetts, as well as in
all Christian Science branch churches throughout the world.
- Collective silent prayer and audible repetition of The Lord's Prayer.
- A vocal solo.
- Inspirational hymns.
- All are welcome.
Sunday School:
Wednesday Meetings:
- Supply a refreshing spiritual focus in the middle of a busy week.
- Include readings from the Bible and Science & Health with Key to
the Scriptures specifically chosen for their relevance to a
topic of current interest.
- Provide time for members of the congregation to share healing experiences
resulting from their study of Christian Science.
- Include hymns and prayer.
- Are informal and last one hour.
Children’s Room:
- Provides care for infants and toddlers during Sunday services.
- Welcomes children up to 8 years of age during Wednesday meetings.
- Offers a bright, well-equipped and welcoming area for little ones.
- Staffed by caring church members.
